About Khamkirri Nature Reserve 4x4 Trail
Khamkirri Nature Reserve 4x4 Trail is in the Northern Cape, close to Augrabies. The trail heads over semi-desert terrain with sand and rocky outcrops. This area is great for birdwatching and spotting some wildlife.
The difficulty grading ranges from 2 to 4 and low range, high clearance vehicles are required. The trail is from 7 km to 60 km long and takes anything from 2 hours to 6 hours to complete. An overnight at Khamkirri is recommended!
