Located inside The Commodore Hotel, The Clipper restaurant boasts splendid views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill, Granger Bay, Table Bay and Robin Island.

Perched on the edge of the harbour at the V&A Waterfront, diners soak up the tranquil surrounds and nautical theme, which extends into the well-versed menu.

From mouthwatering buffets, languid breakfasts or intimate dinners, the a la carte menu plays host to the freshest seafood, tender steaks and succulent chicken.

Try the fresh Namibian Oysters, Mussels with Garlic and Herbs, Crayfish Bisque topped with Cream and Chive Slivers.

Smoked Venison thinly sliced on a bed of lettuce and crunchy focaccia wafers is a great starter dish, followed by beef fillet grilled to perfection or roast venison accompanied by rosemary scented sweet potato wedges.
