Ghanzi Accommodation

Thakadu Camp is a safari lodge situated just South of Ghanzi, overlooking a calcrete pan and a floodlit waterhole. The lodge is surrounded by ancient Leadwood trees, which thrives on this ridge and provide us with natural shade for the accommodation.

Edo's Camp is located in a private game conservancy in the Kalahari area of Central Botswana. The camp is set around a rocky waterhole with its wonderful tents facing the pan.

Fully booked from 22 December 11 until 8 January 2011. Motswiri Lodge is a self-owned and managed game lodge situated in the heart of the Kanana Wilderness. The lodge is built around a collection of Calcrete pans which are an essential water source for much of the game in the area.

Dqãe Qare Game Reserve is situated in the Kalahari Desert approximately 24 km from Ghanzi, and is a community-based tourism project of the Ncoakhoe, meaning Red People, from D'Kar Village. Accommodation consists of rooms in the Farm House, four Bushman Huts and camping facilities.
