About Hello Sailor Bistro
Hello Sailor is a trendy little spot in Observatory with a sailor-ocean theme throughout. The staff are friendly and it’s a great place to stop for a good ‘hangover-cure’ meal, or just the hungry and thirsty. The coffee is a winner and will get you going for the rest of your day.
The menu is incredibly reasonably priced with nothing that will break the bank, but most definitely have you rolling out of there. With oldies like poached eggs, bacon and hollandaise on toasted ciabatta or rump steak prego topped with egg, no one will be complaining there is nothing they like. The salads are delicious or you can always go for a ‘bowl’ on the menu.
This little place is quickly becoming part of the colourful Observatory family. Whether you need a morning pick-up or a cold drink with a meal in the evening – without shredding your wallet – this is a spot where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.
