About Burrata
This upmarket and trendy, yet surprisingly relaxed restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine with innovative twists. The interior has a New York City ambiance with high ceilings and wood panelled walls. The kitchen is open plan and the wood-burning oven centre piece brings it all together.
The dedication of this owner and management team is reflected in the specially imported pizza oven that delivers the tastiest pizzas this side of the country. If you are looking for crispy yet juicy pizzas then Burrata should be your stop of choice.
The menu has just the right amount of mouth-watering choices with lip smacking starters and a fair amount of pastas and pizzas. Main course options will most definitely have any customer needing to come back to try the rest. Desserts include a dessert pizza! Plus the wine list is not lacking.
The service is something to be admired and many competitive restaurants can do with a tip or two from this well-greased system.
