The lounge area leads to the balcony which offers a lovely view of the beach and sea and has gas braai facilities. The lounge next door has a television with Netflix movies and On Demand channels, as well as free Wi-Fi. The complex has communal braai facilities and a parking area. There is an inverter for the lights and low voltage appliances such as the television, Wi-Fi, cell phones, laptops and other light charging devices in case of load shedding (backup power cannot be used for kettles, microwave etc). There is also a Solar geyser.

Gonubie offers beautiful hiking trails, beautiful views of the sea and lagoon, native plants and flowers and some of the best beaches on the Wild Coast.
