7th street Guesthouse and Conference Centre are both 4 star graded by the TGCSA. The guesthouse is situated on interlinked properties with CCTV cameras and a security guard as the well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. The luxury en-suite rooms are all equipped with DSTV, Wi-Fi internet access, heaters, fans, hairdryers, coffee and tea facilities and bar fridges stocked with complimentary juice water and milk.

The Guesthouse is gay friendly and situated very centrally and close to the SABC, Media Park, The Universities of Johannesburg and the Witwatersrand, as well as hospitals such as Milpark, Parklane Clinic, and Garden City Clinic. The large shopping malls in Sandton, Rosebank, Hyde Park, Cresta and Campus Square are all within a 1 – 9 kilometers radius from the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is also within walking distance of the trendy and vibrant restaurants, cocktail lounges, pubs and clubs, bookshops, boutiques and art galleries of Melville’s renowned 7th Street. The major highways to the north and south are easily accessible from here.

The conference venue has state of the art equipment with a large pull down screen and can comfortably host up to 30 delegates at a time. Our tranquil garden and lovely shady patio with barbeque facilities and patio bar is ideal for team builders and conference lunches.
