Guests visiting Goba Lodge for the first time are amazed that such a lush green paradise can exist in a thirsty land. To complete the picture, our rates are not nearly as high as our reputation for excellent service and the value for money that we offer.

Guests have a choice between luxury lodgings and no fuss Rest Camp accommodation. Our Camp Grounds can accommodate up to six guests each and they have a view of the game camp. Value is added by our highly rated restaurant, game camp, birdwatching deck, swimming pool, tennis court, limestone chapel, lush gardens and barbecue area. We also specialize in wedding receptions, business functions and conferences.

Beautiful

The Goba Lodge and Rest Camp is very well maintained and beautiful, with a real African twist. The only concern is that the air-conditioned units, Family Rooms, only have air-conditioning in the main bedroom and the rest of the unit is as hot as an oven - we had to sleep with the door open just to get some ventilation and were bitten by mosquitoes. Some mosquito nets would help and full-unit air-conditioning.

We only stayed here for one night on our way home from Namibia back to South Africa. It was a lovely place and we wish we had stayed there longer. Service was excellent and breakfast packs were superb. Thank you!!! Next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay for longer.
