Description

Gorilla Safari Lodge is an upmarket facility which is tucked away at the boundary line of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. It is home of the endangered mountain gorilla. This is the ideal base from which to start your gorilla trekking, as it is just a few metres away from the starting point.

The lodge offers accommodation in nine en-suite, spacious and luxurious units with individual verandahs allowing excellent views towards the pristine tropical rain forest. The camp has a main lodge which includes a restaurant, bar, lounge and a campfire overlooking the tropical rain forest. As the name implies, you may feel on top of the world from your first gaze across the landscape that will simply take your breath away.
