The open-plan living area is spacious, light and airy, with exquisite laminated beech wood floors, white-washed open wooden trusses and a fireplace for rainy winter evenings. Underfloor heating and heated towel rails ensure warmth and comfort on chilly days whilst sea-facing windows as well as stacking glass windows on the balcony can be opened to let in the cool breeze on summer nights.
After lazing on the beach or browsing the quaint Kalk Bay streets, you may want to whip up something special in the beautifully appointed periwinkle blue kitchen. No expense has been spared and the crockery, cutlery and appliances are of the very best quality. But if you’d prefer sitting on the balcony and ordering in from one of the many excellent restaurants around you, feel free to do so. You may even want to spend the night flipping through DSTV channels in the understated calm of the living room. The master bedroom has a hotel-graded double bed with luxurious linen. French doors open to the patio and offer splendid views of the Harbour. It has a bath, shower and toilet en suite. The second bedroom is situated in the upstairs loft and has two single beds and a bathroom en suite.
Step out onto the balcony and be part of village life without even leaving the apartment. The stacking glass windows drown out most of the ambient noise, but lets in every soul-reviving bit of the amazing view. This is where you can enjoy your meals al fresco at the dining room table or just laze on the couch with a good book.
As our guest, you will have your own access disk to the Munnik Wellness Centre, where you can enjoy the sparkling pool, the gym, steam room and sauna – free of charge. Of course, you will also be able to book and pay for a variety of Spa treatments at The Majestic Spa.
The apartment will provide a number of essentials and will be serviced regularly. Thanks to its unpretentious and relaxed decor, Harbour View welcomes children of all ages and has the added benefit of being a strictly non smoking establishment.
