A luxurious private villa that sleeps six guests. Beautifully furnished and situated in the quiet village of Noordhoek, on the slopes of the Silvermine Mountains, as part of Table Mountain National Park.

Watching the sunset from the terrace is a treat not to be missed. Noordhoek is only 30 minutes from the centre of Cape Town. This house boasts a well planned living area that flows from the kitchen to the dining and living areas. The wind protected patio and swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The living room with its spectacular sea and mountain views has a flat screen TV, DVD player and home theatre system. Enjoy the sun loungers by the pool, the braai facilities and the outside dining area, perfect for entertaining.

The villa consist of three bedrooms and three bathrooms and the kitchen has all the appliances you need such as an oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, tumble-dryer, washing machine, water cooler and purifier, coffee maker, and more. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, hairdryer, electric blankets, and winter or summer duvets. The en-suite bathroom has a basin, shower, bath and toilet and guests have access to a walk-in dressing room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, basin and toilet. The third bedroom has one or two single beds. There is a separate bathroom available in the passage.

All towels and bed linen are provided and the house will be serviced once a week, which will be included in the rate. The villa is equipped with an alarm system linked to a security company. Parking is available in the double garage with automatic doors.
