Mamselle Nature Camp is situated 14 km north of Outjo on the main road to Etosha National Park. The camp is about 1 km away from the road hidden amongst tall Mopane and White Syringa trees. Our Traditional two bed Bungalow, luxury two-bedroom house with its own waterhole and the three campsites offer you affordable and tranquil accommodation.

Mamselle Nature Camp offers a good base from which you can explore Dameraland and Etosha National Park. From Windhoek and Swakopmund it is the best stay over in terms of distance and price on you way to Etosha or Kaokoland.

A two bedroom house with two beds per room. Open plan kitchen and lounge with toilet and shower. Warm water is made in the traditional "donkey" and the lights are solar powered. A fridge, oven and cutlery is in the kitchen. The veranda overlooks its own private waterhole.

Nestled on its own, very privately in the bush, the Luxury Traditional Bungalow is fully equipped with 12V lights, an oven, cutlery, two beds, a warm water shower, flush toilet and a refrigerator. Outside is a ‘Braai’ under the stars. The campsite is about 200m away. There is just one such a hut in the world…on Mamselle Nature Camp.

Amazing experience

Make sure that you read the instructions on the wall regarding the electricity and water. Farm manager speaks no English and he does not sign anything for payment received. Udo should give clear instructions who you must look for on arrival to get the keys. Other than that Mamselle is an amazing place.

We enjoyed our stay at Mamselle. The luxury house lived up to its name; it was well equipped and comfortable. Benjamin, the farm manager, and his sons were very helpful and charged our phones and cameras. I would definitely stay at Mamselle again.

We had a wonderful time at your Nature Camp. Benjamin looked after us beautifully and we had hot water all the time. The stars were bright and the fire burned warm where we cooked fish caught at Swakopmund. It is a very special place and my husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy the traditional bungalow, quite enchanting, peaceful and skilfully decorated.

We spent one night in the thatched bungalow which was an absolute delight. It has everything one could need and the tranquility was awesome. I have spent many nights in many remote places but cannot recall ever having had such an amazing night sky. This place is highly recommended for a quiet night in the bush.
