Description

Located in the heart of the Boland, just 50 minutes' drive from Cape Town, our little piece of paradise provides a wonderful outdoor experience for families and couples.

The house is a luxurious Cape-Dutch cottage dating back to the 1740s. It has two en-suite bedrooms with private patios. The magnificent fully equipped kitchen has an open fireplace. The kitchen flows into the lounge and dining area.

Relax around the private pool and braai area, or take a walk through the vineyards down to the river. Guests are welcome to visit us at the Old Forge for a picnic or simply to enjoy our award-winning wines. Wine tasting in our historic Barrel Cellar is also available, guests can book on arrival.

We are near to the authentic rural town of Wellington, under the majestic Bainskloof Pass and the Limietburg Mountains. Come and discover a valley full of history and wonderful scenery. Experience the romance and lifestyle of a working vineyard.
