Description
Pisane Lodge is situated at Macaneta, approximately 30 km north of Maputo. Mozambique has a lot to offer to all kinds of travellers, whether they prefer a relaxing stay or an adventurous fishing holiday. Our beaches are very safe and uncrowded, which makes it excellent for the families. We offer shaded campsites with power points, lighting, water taps and barbecue facilities, as well as a lovely ablution block with hot and cold water and a swimming pool for that much-needed refreshment.
Quad bikes, jet skis and boats are welcome, however we do offer fishing charters or day trips to Inhaca or the Portuguese Islands. Launching of boats, jet skis and rubber ducks are allowed on the beach or in the river, approximately 5 km from the camp. Because the roads on the island consist mostly of gravel and thick sand, you will require a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the campsite. Although ordinary caravans will make it to the campsite, it is recommended that they be towed by a 4x4.
At Pisane Lodge Macaneta guests can relax in a natural atmosphere surrounded by abundant indigenous plant life, white sand, clear skies, the ocean, and all the amenities to make you feel totally relaxed.

Newly renovated self-catering chalet sleeping up to six guests comfortably in one double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed in the living area. The open-plan, well-equipped kitchen and barbecue on the small patio provide opportunities for entertainment.
