In Swahili 'Raha' means happiness, and this is the feeling the owners of the villa had when they first saw Jambiani, its beaches and beautiful sea. Get far away from the maddening crowds in the small, beautiful village of Jambiani.

Raha lodge is for those travellers who do not like all-inclusive package tours, but who want their holiday to be an emotional experience. To experience living in a still untouched area.

Raha Lodge is situated on a fabulous sandy white beach. Each room is furnished in a different colour, with a large living room and a spectacular terrace, where you can relax and spend hours just looking at the colours of the sea in front of you. We highly recommend you walk in the sea during low tide, and swim in the natural salty pools near the coral reef.

We offer massages right on the beach. Enjoy romantic dinners in the garden, or on the sand among flowers, under the moonlight, or on the veranda with ocean views. We are able to provide a personal tour guide for your excursions. You can also attend a diving course or do some single dives in the clear blue water of the Indian Ocean.

We can supply all the diving equipment for divers at an extra cost. Take a local dhow boat trip and experience how people used to sail. Not to be missed are our dolphin trips and the unique opportunity to swim with dolphins.

We offer transfers to and from the airport at an extra cost.
