The apartment has one dedicated undercover parking bay and there is a private parking bay for the exclusive use of St James Terrace Residents. The unit comes with TV (DSTV on request), dishwasher, micro wave, large fridge and freezer, two large couches and a dining area for eight. The bedding arrangements are as follows. King bed in main room with the option of two single, double bed in the second bedroom and two double futon sleeper couches should they be required.
