It is centrally situated with a roundabout radius of 25 km to most major destinations in Cape Town. The development is surrounded by coffee shops, major retail stores and surfing schools. The apartment is within walking distance of St James tidal pool and Kalk Bay harbour. The Stellenbosch and Constantia wine routes are close by and the main city of Cape Town is a one road route where the V&A Waterfront and Canal Walk Shopping Centre can be explored.
