Description

Viewlake is a three-storey Cape Cod-style house situated on the mountain slopes just below Boyes Drive in Lakeside, with beautiful views of the Sandvlei Lake and the False Bay coast. Viewlake is just five minutes’ drive away from the M3 highway into Cape Town and two minutes away from Muizenberg Beach. There is also a super Italian coffee shop, bakery and restaurant nearby, and the house offers easy access to Boyes Drive as well as the Westlake Golf Course.

Viewlake can accommodate up to 10 guests and features five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, three lounge areas, two full kitchens, two outside seating decks, and a small garden with views. The house offers dual view DStv in the two TV areas, and is divided into a fully contained guest apartment on the top floor, that sleeps four guests, with the rest of the house over the middle and lower floors.

In addition, parking garages are provided for guests' use and the house is fully alarmed and linked to an armed response unit, for guests' peace of mind.
