Villa Zante is a sea-facing double storey house with panoramic views of False Bay coast, the Hottentots Holland Mountains and the Simonstown Naval Base. The property is situated within walking distance of Glencairn beach, which is synonymous with sunbathing, sandcastle building, swimming, fishing, diving and surfing and intimate walks. Villa Zante is in close proximity to the train station. Enjoy a scenic train ride from Simon’s town to Cape Town.

This relaxing holiday home provides a home away from home atmosphere and provides comfortable accommodation for six people. It is ideally situated in a cul-de-sac that is ideal for quietness and safety for children, away from the busy road. Bring only beach towels, food and good weather.

The property is suitable for both summer and winter holidaying periods; hot summer days at the beach and cold winter nights in front of an anthracite heater with the sound of the ocean to lull you to sleep. From late August it's maternity month for mother whales. The great Southern Rights come into the warm shallow waters to calve. Passing on their legacies to their young before journeying back to the southern oceans. These gentle creatures provide endless fascination to both residents and guests.

We are ideally located to explore the must see attractions and delights of the Western Cape from Cape Point to the Wine lands. We are near the Historical Naval Town of Simon's Town and Boulders Beach, famous for the African penguin colony. Shark Cage Diving, Toy Museum, Mineral World, Cape Point Nature Reserve, Table mountain, V&A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Wine Route, Horse Riding on the beach, sea kayaking, surfing, scuba diving, sailing, a train trip along the scenic False Bay coast, Kalk Bay fishing harbour see the fisherman bring in the days' catch or enjoy a boat trip to seal island. Have dinner under the nocturnal African skies at one of the great selections of restaurants overlooking the ocean. A little something for everyone. Play golf, watch the whales, and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the ocean.

House features: upstairs three sea view facing bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1: double bed with pedestals, headboard and build in cupboards. A dressing table completes the ensemble en suite bathroom with bath, toilet, and shower. A dressing table completes the ensemble. Bedroom 2: A large bedroom containing a double bed with lots of sun and views of the mountains. Bedroom 3: Two single beds and build in cupboard, ideal for younger visitors but equally comfortable for use by adults, spectacular sea and mountain views. Bathroom 2: consists of a spacious bath, toilet and washbasin in close proximity to all bedrooms.

Downstairs area has an open plan lounge with TV/DStv on request, dining room table and six chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet including washbasin, gated courtyard. The back yard is fully fenced and safe; the front entrance is gated and secured. Paving all around the house allows for outside entertainment for all weather conditions. A single automated garage is available provides secure entry into house. Outside parking available fitted wall heaters and hairdryers. A portable Kettle braai is available and garden furniture provided. A western view allows for sunset views from the front patio ideal for sundowners. 24 hours armed response as well as alarm system and Trellidoor proofing ensures a safe stay. A weekly service on Wednesday’s can be arranged at extra cost.

Not supplied: beach towelso, smoking, pets is not permitted. Transfers to the airport transfer on request.
