About AdelPragt Guest House

AdelPragt Guest House offers spacious, tastefully decorated rooms and boasts the most magnificent view of Rustenburg. Rustenburg is located in the foothills of the picturesque Rustenburg Kloof in the Magaliesberg mountain range and is less than two hours from Johannesburg and Pretoria.

The guest house features eight double rooms, one of which is a self-catering room. The rooms are beautifully decorated and are comfortably furnished. Each room has its own entrance and is equipped with selected DStv, air-conditioning and a tea and coffee tray. The guest house has a 4 Star grading from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa and provides top quality service and hospitality to all guests.

Nestled at the foothills of the Magaliesberg Mountains, Rustenburg is ideally situated for visiting the attractions of the North West Province. The city is known for its rich platinum mines as well as being the home of the Bafokeng Nation, one of South Africa's richest tribes reigned by King Leruo Molotlegi.

The best views of Rustenburg are from the Peglarea Trail at Kgaswane Mountain Reserve. Rising above the city on the northern slopes of the Magaliesberg, the 5,300-hectare reserve offers four trails, increasing in length and difficulty. AdelPragt Guest House is the ideal base from where guests can enjoy these trails.

We have stayed in a lot of different guest houses and self catering chalets but this one was one of the best! The owners are friendly. The staff are competent and very helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. The only draw back was that I would have liked to purchase some items from the gift shop however there was nobody on hand on the morning of our departure. I will however be staying there again!
