The iSimangaliso Wetland Park, a World Heritage Site, manages and protects the fauna & flora of this large undisturbed coastal and marine reserve.
Days are spent exploring the lake system, experiencing the old tradition of the fish traps, snorkelling in the estuary, kayaking, turtle tracking in season, walking through magnificent fern forests and seeing the rare Palm Nut Vultures, boat cruises on the lakes viewing Hippos, Crocs and the magnificent birdlife.
Safari: Tembe Elephant Park is only a 45-minute drive from Amangwane and we would be happy to arrange an open vehicle game drive for you in this unique Elephant wilderness.
