From: 2019-01-21 to: 2023-12-31 - Check-In: is between 3pm and 11pm at our office located at 136 Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 5BB (behind the Anar Restaurant on Cornwallis Street). Proof of Age: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. All guests must be at least 25 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking, (this policy does not apply to families stay).
Security Deposit: A security deposit between GBP 50 and GBP 250 per person will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Base Serviced Apartments to cover "additional charges", including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit. Cash will not be accepted. If the security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, Base Serviced Apartments will be entitled to recover this from you without delay. All pre-authorisations are released on check-out. Most banks will make the funds available again within 72 hours, however certain debit cards can take up to 14 working days or 28 days for international cards.
