Casterly Rock is a luxurious two story self - catering establishment, located in De Kelders, just 500 metres off the R43 Main road to Gansbaai.This self catering home consists of four by two bedroom units / flats and a three bedroom Penthouse on top. The two bedroom flat sleeps four persons and the Penthouse sleeps six persons. We provide our guests with bedding and bath towels are supplied. Important Information
60% deposit must be made on the date of booking. The balance of 40% must be paid 14 days before Check-In. Proof of the deposit payment must be provided, before booking will be confirmed or accepted.
Special Conditions and Important information:
1) Check-In time: 14H00 - 20H00
Check-Out time: 08H00 - 10H00
2) NO loud music or voice tones are allowed. Quite time is from 22H00 - 06H00.
3) NO - SMOKING is allowed inside apartments, passages, corridors and at staircases.
4) a FEE of R1,500.00 will be charged to clean out the smell of smoke.
5) All units are fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers.
6) Children must NOT play in passages, corridors and at staircases. Please note: We reserve the right to ask for a birth certificate for children between the ages of 3 - 12 years.
7) a Checklist is provided for loose items, to NOTE shortages and breakages. List to be handed in at the office ASAP after arrival.
8) Lost or broken items must be paid for in CASH, before Check-Out.
9) PETS are not allowed.
10) Cleaning services are available on request for a fee of R200.00
11) Barbecue / braai is available on request, but NOT on Patios or Balconies. ONLY in designated areas.
12) FREE WiFi is available - Ask for the password.
PLEASE note: UNIT 5 / flat requires a minimum of (4) four persons to book for a night @ R2,400, 5 persons @ R2,750 and 6 persons @ R3,100 per night. One, two or three persons can book this unit @ R2,400 per night.
