This comfortable modern ground floor apartment provides guests with beautiful 180-degree sea views. It is fully equipped and located in the popular coastal town of Margate, within a secure complex and includes two under-cover parking bay and parking for Trailer in trailer parking zone.The complex has a communal swimming pool, tennis court , barbecue area. and a Jungle gym for the kids. The apartment consists of three bedrooms (two double beds & one room with two single beds), Two Toilets and a bathroom & shower a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a sleeper couch. Flat screen TV with DStv Family Package included. All linen is provided, bring your own towels , toiletries and cleaning goodies.The apartment is metres away from the beach with a tidal pool nearby and a five-minute walk from the centre of town which provides numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment facilities. On the shoreline of the Indian Ocean, Margate offers golden beaches, rivers and numerous lagoons for some fun water sports. NB. This Apartment is NOT Wheel Chair Friendly.
