There was nothing outstanding. From the minute we entered. 1) there was confusion about my payment. Had to use my own airtime to phone cape town to get things sorted out. Staff is incompetent. 2) the noise levels was crazy. Clients staying there was very loud. Actually had to phone reception and ask to get the noise levels down, because we could not sleep. 3) the aircon did not work at all. The afernoon sun shines directly into the room and heated the room so much we were actually sweating. Aircon does not make cold and makes terrible sounds. 4) while showering, the hot water dissapeared....
