Step one: Please call us on +27 60 4291962/ +27 795266074 when leaving the airport or are en-route to property. Step two: You are greeted at property by a Total Stay representative with keys.
Step three: You will be given a thorough walk through and check-in brief.
Step Four: You will be asked to fill out a registration/ credit card form, to be held as a refundable damages deposit.
Step Five: Please present the Totalstay representative with the physical credit card that was used to make the booking as well as your ID/ Passport
Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11h00 on the day of departure.
*Please don't forget to call us 1-3 hours before arrival to co-ordinate your arrival.
