Ibiza is centrally located to Margate main beach and the bustling town bursting various beachfront restaurants, takeaways, pubs, cocktail bars, nightclubs and jazz bars.
Our comfortable and well appointed three bedroom apartment at Ibiza offers good beach, breaker and ocean views with spacious, airy and flowing entertainment areas, and large sunny bedrooms. The generous balcony with el-fresco patio suite and gas braai has access to the kitchen over a breakfast counter on the one side, or through full height sliding doors to the lounge on the other, bringing everyone together conducting a holiday feeling.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all your day to day cooking requirements and there is a washing machine for your convenience. The comfortable lounge area is fitted with a flat screen television with satellite channels and has a separate adjoining indoor dining area for windy days.
The main bedroom boasts beautiful sea views from the double bed, and has a work desk and en-suite bathroom completed with a bath with stand-in shower. The second and third sunny bedrooms have twin beds each that can be pushed together and share a second bathroom with a bath only.
Things to do in Margate include visiting Margate Beaches and Pools or the Margate Art Museum.

Rates quoted are for the whole unit and are not affected by the number of guests, provided the stated maximum occupancy is not exceeded. The advertised rate and the final quote received includes all charges and there are no additional fees with the exception of daily servicing of the unit, if requested, subject to availability. Our rates depend on the length of your stay, so we assume a seven night stay in the rates advertised - your final quoted price may increase or decrease if your stay is shorter or longer than seven nights. Linen is provided for all beds (but not sleeper couches) but we do not provide beach or bath towels or toiletries.
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance is due one month prior to occupancy at risk of the booking being cancelled. A booking commencing within one month requires a 100% deposit. At risk of cancellation and/or eviction without refund, the number of guests may not exceed the published total establishment capacity and the booking must be made by an adult of 21 years or older who will be present during the duration of the booking. Guests will be required to complete and sign an indemnity and acknowledgement of house/complex rules document once the booking is finalised.
