Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card by EFT. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is by 11:00 am unless prior arrangement has been made. Arrangements for prolonging the guest's stay must be made before 8:00 am on or before the day of check-out subject to availability of the room. Reservations made on the day of arrival that are not guaranteed will be released within 3 hours. We will endeavor to contact you between 24 and 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm your reservation and to verify the expected time of your arrival. Early check-in should be arranged well in advance with the Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast. Check-in time closes at 9:00 pm. If your arrival time is after 9:00 pm, please make prior arrangements with the Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast. Checking out earlier than 2:00 pm does not grant the guest any discounts to the outstanding balance and therefore 100% of the outstanding balance is payable by the guest. Room Service: Guests who occupy any of the en-suite cottages will have an option at their disposal to enjoy breakfast and/or dinner on the patios or in the cottages at no extra charge. Kindly advise us timeously whether you would like to make use of the said option or whether the relevant meal will be enjoyed in the dining area. Please note that the Room Service option will not be available to the Standard Queen Rooms.Breakfast is served from 6 am to 10 am for R160.00 per person. Breakfast is also available as room service (refer to Room Service). Dinner arrangements must be made well in advance with the operations manager for dinners. Dinner will be served from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm for R180.00 per person. Dinner is also available as room service (refer to Room Service). Admission: You must be twenty-one (21) years or older to rent a room at the Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast. In some cases, an identity document or passport might be required at time of check-in. The Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast also reserves the right to refuse admission to any person at any time for any reason to which Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast is not obliged to disclose to the customer at the time.Room occupancy is limited to a maximum of two registered guests per room. We regret we cannot accommodate children under the age of 18 years. We regret we cannot accommodate pets. Damage, theft and behaviour: The Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast has a zero tolerance policy towards inappropriate behavior. Behavior that disturbs the comfort of other guests, threatening or intimidating other guests or employees of Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast shall not be tolerated. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the facilities including theft thereof – not only limited to: rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, bathrobes, paintings and ornaments within the premises and shall be liable for damages sustained by the Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast, including the loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired. Damage to linen or towels resulting from the use of body oils, makeup, shoe polish, gun oil etc. will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.The Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking facility and has a strict non-smoking policy which we enforce for the safety and comfort of our guests. Smoking is only permitted at the verandahs whereby ashtrays are provided. You will be provided with a remote control to operate the main access gate and a key to your room. Please ensure that the gate is closed after entering or leaving the premises. You will be responsible to return the remote and key to the operations manager upon leaving the premises and shall be liable for any loss of or damage to the remote and key. Risk: While the greatest care is taken by the Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast to ensure that you, your vehicle and your personal belongings that you may bring onto the premises are safe and protected. Kgarebana Boutique Bed and Breakfast shall not assume any responsibility and is hereby released from any liability for theft, loss and damage of and to anything brought to the premises by the guests and in respect of any personal injury or death of the guests concerned. It will be guests’ sole responsibility to secure the room and valuable items (in the safe provided) when leaving the room.We respect your privacy. We do not share, rent, sell, or otherwise use any personal information you have given us to any third party without your permission, except when required by law, court order or other legal process in order to protect the safety of the public. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
