Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment will be taken at time of booking. Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that the property does not accept pre-paid debit cards Valid photo identification and the same credit card used at the time of booking must be presented on arrival. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the guest cannot provide valid photo ID or valid credit card that matches the name on the booking. All Schoolies guests are required to present photo ID and proof of age upon arrival. A $500 refundable security bond per room will be required at check-in. The security bond will be refunded once an inspection of your room has been completed with no signs of damage. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated in the dormitory rooms. Cash is not an acceptable form of deposit at this property.
