Important Information

Payment & Changes to Bookings
In order to confirm your provisional reservation, Noupoort Mountain Estate, requires to receive a Deposit of 50% paid, a balance invoice will be sent to you with the total cost due and when the final payment is due.

Full payment is due not less than 8 weeks before arrival/function. If you do not pay in full eight weeks before arrival, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and payment applies as are cancellation policy below. If you make a booking within eight weeks of your arrival date the full cost will be required at the booking stage.

If you wish to change the holiday accommodation arrangements, we will do our best to make the change, but it may not always be possible.

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit is required to be paid by you on the date full payment is required and will be retained by Escapetownv Villas until
up to a maximum of 30 days after the expiration or earlier cancellation of this agreement. We will deduct from the refundable deposit

(a) The full cost of repairing any damage and any other expense that your are liable for on the Premises and/or to the contents of the property

(b) Any outstanding payment not settled on the Dinning/Bar account

(c) Lost keys - Replace Keys & Locks

Number of Occupants

The number of occupants are not to be exceeded during the agreement period referred to in the invoice

Should you wish to change this, you must first advise us as soon as is reasonably possible. We require to know
the intended increase in the number of occupants who wish to occupy the premises during the occupation period.

Any additional occupants shall only be entitled to occupy the premises with the express written consent of Noupoort Mountain Estate which is at the sole and absolute discretion of Noupoort Mountain Estate.

Day Visitors can be arranged by pre arrangement only and a charge of R150 per person Hours 10am to 6pm They must be visiting Friends or Family who are staying on the Estate.
