About Strathmore House
Strathmore House is a newly furnished, multi-storey villa located in the heart of Camps Bay, only five minutes’ walk from the beach. The fully furnished self-catering house offers full mountain and sea views, with ample space for a relaxing holiday.
You enter the villa on street level and ascend firstly to the flatlet which has its own separate entrance and features a small living area, fully equipped kitchenette and two of the six bedrooms. From here you proceed to the next level where you will find the main entrance to the villa that is split over two levels. The four other bedrooms are found on this level, all leading onto the Jacuzzi deck.
The heart of the villa is upstairs, where you will find a spacious open-plan living area with wall-to-wall glass doors leading onto the sheltered back terrace and the large sparkling pool. The dining area flows naturally onto the covered front terrace with the braai and comfortable outdoor furniture.
This holiday villa offers the discerning guest panoramic sea views, a good location, as well as luxury and privacy. The ideal location to enjoy your holiday.

Please note that early or late arrivals and departures will be accommodated at an extra charge. Guests who check in between 19:00 and 07:00 will be charged a R300 check-in charge payable in cash on arrival or during the clients' stay. A refundable Breakage Deposit of R10 000 - R20 000 must be paid before clients can check-in to their Cape Portfolios property and this will be held against any damages or other charges that may be due at the end of the clients’ stay. The breakage deposit can be paid either with the balance or via credit card at check-in. The funds are then held in our audited Trust account and are only released again to the client once the property has been fully checked. Please always make clients aware that this Breakage Deposit is generally not refunded immediately at check out and that it can take 7-10 days from departure for these funds to reflect in the guests account once refunded. We always do our best to refund the Breakage Deposit as soon as possible but the properties need to be checked carefully after clients’ departure, also some local charges such as telephone bills are not always available immediately on departure and the credit card refund procedure itself is dependent on the banks involved and is unfortunately beyond our own control. Guests ID/ passport is required at check in.
