1) Reservations should be made in the name of your company prior to your guest's date of arrival. Should you have a guest in house without a previous reservation from your
company, we will not accept the change of rate.
2) All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3) Check-in is at 12:00 hrs and Check-out time is at 10:00. Should guests plan to arrive prior to 10:00, we recommend booking the room from the previous night.
4) Your special rates are only honoured when the business is directly booked by your company. If it is handled through a third party, the hotel reserves the right not to extend
your special rate.
5) In case of disagreement, both parties reserve the right to terminate this contract within 15 days.
6) Please note that the hotel reserves the right to apply any additional fees added by the government.
7) Contract commencement is as stated in the contract period. Room rates are immediately valid upon receipt of your signed acceptance, for new bookings only.
8) These rates are given to your company based upon a mutual agreed patronage of St. Thomas Mawe Hotel Watamu. These rates are confidential.
9) Children Policy: Due to our room configuration, only one extra bed can be accommodated. Children under 6 years stay free.
