The space:
This is the perfect studio that is light, bright, airy, functional, comfortable and quiet. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge & freezer; mini oven with stove top; kettle and toaster, gas cooking plate (for load shedding) so you can self cater as you wish. The living area is extended to the outside shared, covered, braai / barbeque "living room" with a table that is suitable for remote working with internet access.

Guest access:
The flat has its own entrance to the property and opens up onto the beautiful garden that's perfect for sunbathing, yoga, workouts on the grass, chill in hammock, etc.

Vehicle access:
There is ample off-street parking and one spot on the property, behind the gate for a small rental vehicle. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Please note there is a wait time for Ubers in the area.

The area:
Glencairn is a beautiful valley and centrally located to explore Simonstown; Scarborough; Cape Point; Kommetjie; Noordhoek; Kalk Bay; Muizenberg; Chapmans Peak; Hout Bay; Constantia, and the rest of Cape Town only 30 - 50 minutes away. There's a lot to offer / see and do such as hikes, forests; tidal pool swims; beach days; free diving; snorkeling; scuba diving; kayaking; windsurfing; surfing; body boarding; yoga; exploring the many many beaches; the quant shops in Kalk bay; bars; restaurants; wine farms; and the list goes on.

The rates quoted are per night, for the entire unit.
Maximum number of persons allowed is two. Regret no children, no pets.

Please be respectful and treat my home, property and our community the way you would treat yours.
Please keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours (10pm - 7am).
One small car can be parked on the premises behind the gate. If you need parking for a second car, please park next to the property wall on Dunedin Road. This is done at your own risk and I will not be liable for anything happening to vehicles.
Smoking (including vaping) is only allowed off of the property. Please note, we are located in a high-risk fire area so please dispose of any cigarettes correctly and do not litter.
Before checkout kindly assist us by taking out the trash, switching off all appliances and lights, closing all windows and doors.

Violation of anything that results in additional costs will be billed to the guests. Including but not limited to: noise complaints, loss of house keys, damage to appliances; bedding; towels; etc, repair or replacement costs for any damaged items. excessive cleaning services. The guests will have up to 72 hours to make payment for the additional costs mentioned above.
