Ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms and the lounge and an air-conditioner is situated in the kitchen area.

The complex offers communal braai facilities and there is a single lock-up garage behind the ground floor units in Collison Street, for one vehicle. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests can offload their luggage at the front of the unit on Lillicorona Boulevard.
