Important Information

The terms and conditions for rental use of Whale Cove @ Heaven's Veranda (WC @ HV):

Towels and linen is provided as well as cleaning products for the kitchen, dishwashing liquid, washing sponge, two dishcloths and two refuse bags, soaps and shampoo, toilet paper.

- no cash payments are acceptable, only EFT's.
- Should cash be paid, the cash fees applied by the banks will be for the guest's account.
- The cleaning fee is an extra R500.00 for post-stay cleanup and included in the quote given.
- Please leave the apartment as you found it.
- Breakage deposit of R1000.00 is not included in the quote, but payable before arrival. The breakage fee is refundable within three days of departure after inspection if no losses/smoking incurred. The breakage deposit is included in the final invoice sent by the owner.
The final payment due to WC @ HV must be settled before arrival.
- any money paid toward the accommodation will be an indication that guests accept all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
- Braaiing facility is a gas braai only.
- The apartment is a no-smoking area - allowed on balcony.
- Sorry, no animals are allowed in the apartment.
- The renter agrees that they are responsible for any loss/damage to the apartments inventory and fixed property, should it be caused by their negligence, abuse, and includes accidental incidents.
- The renter agrees to secure the property by locking all doors and windows when not occupying the apartment.
- The unit is not serviced.
- The apartment occupancy limit is four persons - please don’t exceed this. If you require more people to stay, please advise this upfront.
- Guest visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
- No parties or events.
- An inverter is available for load shedding power outages.
- Full DSTV, Showmax, Netflix, Spotify, Brit Box etc. is available via streaming.
- Unlimited Wi Fi is available - password is Solarpower2012
- Indemnity - The homeowners accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, expense, or accident suffered at WC @ HV, which you have booked, and arising from any act of nature, war, terrorism, insurrection, riot, boycott, theft, labor action, government action, natural disaster, bad weather or interrupted electrical/water/municipal services. Therefore, guests stay entirely at their own risk.
- An important consideration - The renters agree to behave in an acceptable manner so that neighbors are not subjected to abnormal living conditions.
- Please No loud music at all.
