We charge R300 for a late meet-and-greet for check-ins between 18:00 and 06:00 on weekdays, and on weekends after 17:30. Airport transfer costs are R450 one way.

The apartment only gets serviced with arrival and departure, should a cleaning be required, this must be arranged with our office at an additional charge with 48 hours notice.
Consumption such as water & electricity is included in the rental.
Telephone charges/internet connection, if any, is for your own account unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to substitute the applicable apartment with another similar or higher quality apartment, should the apartment not be "lettable" for any of the following reasons:
* Internal damage & maintenance issues
* Death of the apartment's owner and/or spouse leading to withdrawal from the rental pool.
* Any security breach which could risk the safety of our guests.
By accepting this booking you confirm that you adhere to these conditions above, and authorise the managing agent to charge you with any amount as per the terms and conditions above.

The managing agent, it's employees and/or agents accept no liability for any loss or damage to any personal items and/or person for any reason whatsoever, unless such loss or damage has regard to any circumstances within the managing agents reasonable control.       We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Town in this beautiful and secure accommodation. There were no problems in organisation, we easily got the keys and found the place.
