29 Heppie-Nes is a self-catering double-storey house located in Duinepark Resort in Witsand at the mouth of the Breede River. It is a popular fishing destination and is regarded as South Africa's whale playing school. This unit can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains two single beds. The one bathroom is downstairs and fitted with a shower and the other bathroom, which is upstairs, has a bath. All linen is provided and guests need to bring their own towels.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Guests can enjoy their meals at the four-seater breakfast bar.

Leading from the kitchen is a lounge area with comfortable seating and a TV with Open-view channels as well as a port where guests can plug in their own DStv decoders.

Outside, there is a patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities. There is parking for one vehicle and a small trailer.
