- The unit must be left in a presentable condition with all lights off, windows closed and doors locked.
- No loud noise or parties allowed.
- There is an extra charge for the exit clean of R 450,00, service cleans can be arranged by request and will be at a extra charge of R 200,00 per clean.
- There is a refundable damage deposit of R 1 000,00 payable to the establishment 24 hours prior to check in that will be refunded to the guest with in 10 working days after check out if all linen is washed and no damages found.
