The house has a lodge-style layout, it has five separate en-suite bedrooms. The TV lounge, dining area, and the kitchen is open plan and has sea views from every angle. The living area has large glass doors that open up onto a wooden deck with a sunken infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

The five bedrooms are all en-suite. Bedrooms one, two, and three have one king-size, extra length bed per bedroom, large spacious showers, basin, and toilet. Bedroom four has a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a bunk bed. This bedroom also has a loft area with two single mattresses for children.

Bedroom four has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. Bedroom five has two single beds and a bunk bed as well as a loft area with two single mattresses, sleeping six people, en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. If you add up the beds you will note the house accommodates 19 people, however, a maximum of 16 people are allowed to occupy the house due to overload on the septic tank.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and overhead ceiling fans as well as four poster mosquito nets, except the queen bed in room four, two single beds in room five, and the two lofts. All the bedrooms have shelves and hanging space for clothes.

The house is a mere 25-metre walk from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas top stove, electric oven, kettle, microwave, small electric chopper, electric beater, ice machine, toaster, Nespresso De Longhi cappuccino machine, sandwich maker. The kitchen and lounge have overhead ceiling fans.

There is a separate scullery with a washing machine, a chest-deep freezer, a double door fridge, and two sinks where the dishes are washed. There is also a separate storeroom with a lock-up linen cupboard, lockup food cupboard, as well as a chest freezer.

All linen and bath towels are provided, please take beach towels with you. There are a Weber and a gas braai with a rim-flow pool.
