The receptionists were very helpful in providing us with useful information about transport and places to shop. They were also helpful in warming our food but that would not have been necessary if the room had a microwave. The first executive room we were given had a really terrible shower. Then we were moved to another room which had a good shower but then the bed was not comfortable. It was sinking in. The cleaning was never properly done as it was always done in a hurry.
