Booking Information:
You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Bella Vista Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the property requires a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount via bank transfer. The property will contact the guest with the required details. Please note the below rules: - The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in at the resort. - Please note that couples are required to produce a marriage certificate or any valid proof of marriage at the time of check-in. - Booking voucher required at Check In. - Bookings are non transferable. - Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Guests can smoke in designated smoking zones at Resort. - Outside eatables are not allowed inside the resort premises. - Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. - Consuming alcohol in premises is not allowed. Please note that it is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the resort. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Aadhar Card and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards & local id proof will not be accepted as a valid ID card. Please note that child up to 3 years will be free, 3 to 10 years chargeable on child rate and above 10 yrs will be chargeable as adult. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children from 4 to 10 years are charged INR 1200 per person per night for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged INR 1600 per person per night for extra beds. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for cots in the room. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. POLICY_HOTEL_PARKING Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
