Breakage / key deposit: R300 – R400, refundable within 3 - 5 days of departure, subject to no loss or damage in the apartment.
Admin fee charge from R250.
Book in time from 2:00pm. Prior arrangements are to be made with establishment regarding expected arrival time (should it be later than 2pm).
If no arrangements have been made, a call out fee will be charged.
Units must be vacated by latest 10:am. Should one wish to stay later or extend one's stay, please contact Management prior to departure time to see if one's request is at all possible.
