*The breakage deposit is EFT only and MUST be paid by the day before check-in. No Cash will be accepted.
*No noise after 10pm please and also, any noise to be kept to a minimum as there are other residents living in the building.
*No excessively loud music or TV at any time.
*Check-in time is strictly between 2-5pm.
*Check-out time of 10am is to be strictly adhered to as we will need to get the accommodation ready for the next guests.
*Please do not leave any food in the refrigerator.
