Cancellation policy
0-30 Days No refund will be given
31-60 Days 25% of the deposit paid will be refunded
61-90 Days 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded
90-120 Days 75% of the deposit paid will be refunded
120 days + 85% of the deposit paid will be refunded
Non arrival No refund will be given
Early departure No refund will be given
This cancellation policy is also applicable to travel agents/government institutions and companies who confirm with vouchers.
Please note that should a reservation be cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival the company / guest will be liable for the full payment. Should unconfirmed reservations not arrive by 18h00 on the day of arrival, the Hotel reserves the right to release the reservation. Should a guest not arrive, the deposit will not be refunded, and should the guest depart prior to their departure date, a full charge on the balance of their accommodation will be charged.
