All payments are to be made in full before guests are allowed to check in.
An extension of stay is subject to availability and must be accompanied by payment before 10h00.
A valid identification document is to be produced prior to check in.
Credit cards produced must reflect the same details as that of the ID document.
Check in is between 14h00 and 19h00 with checkout being from 6h00 to 10h00.
Late arrivals can be arranged. Unauthorized late checkouts will attract a fee of half of your room rate.
Strictly no smoking in rooms or balconies. For your convenience, a designated smoking area is available in the garden area. A non - negotiable clean out fee of R700.00 will be charged for guests that transgress on this policy.
Please ensure that all doors and windows are properly closed upon exiting your room. All valuables are to be stored in safes that are provided. Although every precaution will be taken, Golf-course Lodge cannot be held liable for any theft, damage to property or personal injury whilst on our premises.
Strictly no noise after 21h00. In the event of a guest being unruly or un co-operative, Golf Course Lodge has the right to terminate the contract immediately. No refund is possible in this regard.
Visitors are permitted between 8h00 and 21h00. All visitors are to exit the property by 21h05.
Overcrowding is not permitted. A full room rate will be charged should it be found that there are more than the allocated persons in your room after 21h00.
Breakfast times are 6h30 to 9h30 (Monday - Friday) 07h00 -10h00 on weekends and public holidays. Please advise reception in advance should you be travelling before these times so that we may accommodate you.
The swimming pool will be open until 20h00. Appropriate attire to be worn in all public areas during your stay.
Children are to be supervised at all times.
Guests are liable for all damages that have incurred during their stay. Badly soiled linen, breakages to crockery, appliances or items of furniture would have to be settled for, before departure.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated at the guesthouse.
Housekeeping operates from 9h00 to 15h30. Rooms are cleaned during these times.
