This same guest must also have a valid credit card on arrival. There is a £100 pre-authorisation per apartment that the guest must swipe their credit card for at the time of check-in. This pre-authorisation is to protect against damages during the stay. Assuming that there are no damages or incidental charges at the time of check-out, this amount will be released back on to the card. ~Car parking is charged at an additional cost of £10 per car per night. Maximum height of car parking is 2m. Car parking must be pre-booked and is subject to availability. ~Travel cots are available and must be pre-booked. Please note that no linen is supplied with the travel cot and this must be supplied independently. ~All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children). A valid ID document will be asked upon check-in. The hotel will not accept bookings in which guests are under 21 years old.
~Towels and bed linens are changed once a week for stays of 7 days or more. For bookings under 7 days, this service will not be offered.
