This wonderful luxury boutique residence feels like a slice of heaven. There are six generously proportioned bedrooms, all en-suite with a combination of king and twin beds. The main entertaining areas are all accessible to guests. Superb indoor areas with high ceilings, wooden floors, open fireplaces and all beautifully decorated throughout. There is a delightful and functional covered outdoor entertainment area with comfy casual seating, dining tables and a built-in BBQ.

The swimming pool is solar heated and fitted with a solid safety cover. In the pretty landscaped gardens, you can simply relax by the pool, read in a quiet part of the garden or pick your own herbs, pomegranates and limes. The fabulous well-stocked open-plan kitchen /breakfast room has everything you will need to cater for yourself and your guests and there is a separate scullery. Leading off the kitchen/breakfast room there is a beautiful formal living room as well as a second separate casual family room, both with DSTV, DVD player and family games.

Four guests suites are located on the first floor of the house and two on the ground floor. Two additional and beautiful en-suite guest bedrooms are located overlooking the pool and garden area. One room with a queen-sized bed, built-in cupboards, ceiling fan, and shower room, and the second identical room with extra wide twin beds. These rooms are available for an additional charge over and above the rate for six bedrooms in the main house, only if requested and only at the owner's discretion.

Guest access
The whole house is accessible to the guests and is rented as one unit.

The house is located in a very quiet part of the village so noise levels must be appropriate for the area. We would appreciate that our guests respect our neighbours and do not play loud music and make excessive noise, especially after 10 pm.
