A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the card provided on the reservation in order to guarantee the reservation in case of a no-show or a late cancellation. The card will be pre-authorised 2 days prior to arrival. The property strongly advises all its clients to have enough funds in order to cover the first night rate as the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the pre-authorization will fail.
The person checking in must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer on the reservation.
The card used to reserve the room must be presented upon arrival for all the non-refundable reservations. If this is not possible, guests must inform the property in advance.
The total cost of the stay has to be done in full on/before arrival. The non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time when the reservation has been made (please make sure to have enough funds in order to have your reservation confirmed)
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises. There is a covered designated smoking area available inside the building.

Guests checking in after 10:00 PM must inform the property in advance and an extra charge will occur as follows:
