Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads,
Full balance payment and refundable breakage deposit are required one month prior to arrival.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
There is a Refundable Breakage Deposit equal to a one-night stay. The Refundable Breakage Deposit needs to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded within 14 days after your departure date.
Cancelation Policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival 70% of the accommodation total will be refunded
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival 0% of the accommodation total will be refunded
The house also has a refundable breakage deposit of R4000 which is due to be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date and will be refunded back to you within 14 days after your stay depending on breakages.
