Venues can host up to 100 guests and guests can be accommodated in our 50 luxurious tents.
Our venue caters for bespoke conferences, team building and corporate events for smaller groups of up to 40 delegates – or alternatively full lodge capacity of up to 100 guests (50 persons sharing).
Children stay for free when sharing their parents accommodation (max. 2 children under 12 yrs).

Tents will be thoroughly fogged, cleaned and disinfected after every guest check-out.

Terms & Conditions
Rate includes:
• Self Drive: Dinner, bed and breakfast.
• Full Board: Dinner, bed, breakfast, lunch and two game drives daily, per person
Rate excludes:
• Community levy of R47 per person per day – subject to change
• The mandatory KNP conservation fee per person per day (self-drive into Numbi gate as well as game drives) unless the person has an annual Wild Card where conservation fees do not have to be paid
• All beverages and items of personal nature
Child policy:
• Children under 6 years stay and eat for free
• Children 7 – 12 years pay 50% of the adult sharing rate when sharing with 2 full-paying adults
• Children over 12 pay the adult rate
Payment:
• 100% Deposit due at booking date to guarantee the reservation
• 42 Days from the date of arrival, final rooming list.
• Same-day bookings, immediate payment is required.
Cancellation Policy
• Free Cancellation outside of 42 days before the arrival date
• Non-refundable policy applied at 42 days or less prior to arrival
